What causes this issue

Here are some possible causes of "template save failed":

  • Order details' table titles have been changed improperly

  • Email template contains external insecure URL

How to fix it

  1. Reset template: Please navigate to the upper toolbar and click Reset template

After resetting, your current email template will be reverted to its initial design.

2. Then you should be able to redesign the template and save it successfully. If the issue is still there, please contact us, we'll solve the glitch quickly.
