# Conditions

With YayPricing, you can add multiple conditions per pricing rules.&#x20;

These are major types of conditions provided:

* [Single condition](https://docs.yaycommerce.com/yaypricing/rule-settings/conditions/single-condition) (eg. cart quantity is greater than 3)
* [Combined condition](https://docs.yaycommerce.com/yaypricing/rule-settings/conditions/combined-condition) (eg. cart quantity is greater than 3 and those items must belong to a specific category)
* Complex condition

If you leave the conditions empty, it means the rule will always take effect without considering any requirements.
