This option allows you to set the Start Date-End Date to apply the rule.

So, if you want to run the FLASH SALE promotion during a specific period of time. Just enable schedule as shown below. If the start date is some time in the future, you will see the status label appearing as Scheduled.

Once the rule and the countdown timer are enabled, it should be displayed a notice on the selected product page.
