Reduce Shipping Fee
This rule type allows you to set up reduce shipping fee.
There are 2 types of discount in this rule.
Fixed discount
Percentage discount
(1). This is a sub tab that will allow you to see the 2 methods of Reduce Shipping Fee Rule.
(2). This sub tab will allow you to set the condition for the application of Reduce Shipping Fee Rule, either to have it applied to All/Any of the set conditions.
Show tooltip on cart discount: You can use shortcodes in Variable list.
