# Location

The Bookster Location Addon plugin allows you to manage multiple locations for your services, including configuring specific details, available services, and agents for each location.

Below are the details of the settings and features available in the Location section of the plugin.

#### Accessing Location Settings

1. **Navigate to Locations**:
   * Go to the main menu on the left-hand side.
   * Click on "Locations" under the "Records" section to access the Location settings.

#### Adding a New Location

2. **Add New Location Button**:
   * Click the "+ New Location" button to add a new location to your service offerings.

#### Configuring a Location

3. **General Tab**:
   * **Name**: Enter the name of the location.
   * **Address**: Provide the address of the location.
   * **Map Link**: Enter the URL link to the location on the map.
   * **Active Toggle**: Use the toggle switch to activate or deactivate the location.
   * **Image**: Upload an image representing the location.
4. **Available Services Tab**:

* **Availability Options**:
  * **This Location is available for all Services**: Check this option if the location should offer all services.
  * **Category Selection**: If the location is not available for all services, you can select specific categories and services that will be available at this location.
    * Categories include options like "Spa Advanced," "Spa Exception," and "Spa Monger."
    * Within each category, select the specific services that will be offered at this location.

3. **Available Agents Tab**:

* **Availability Options**:
  * **This Location is available for all Agents**: Check this option if all agents are available at this location.
  * **Agent Selection**: If not all agents are available at this location, you can select specific agents who will be available at this location.

Click on **save**!
