Pricing

The Bookster Pricing Addon plugin allows you to configure and manage discounts and fees for services.

Below are the details of the settings and features available in the Pricing section of the plugin.

Accessing Pricing Settings

1. Navigate to Pricing Settings:

   • Go to the main menu on the left-hand side.

   • Click on "Settings" under the "Administration" section.

   • From the dropdown menu, select "Pricing" to access the pricing settings.

Configuring Pricing Settings

1. Adding Discounts and Fees:

   • Add New Discount: Click the "+ Add new discount" button to create a new discount.

   • Add New Fee: Click the "+ Add new fee" button to create a new fee.

Discount Settings

1. Discount Configuration:

   • Discount Name: Enter the name of the discount (e.g., "BlackFridayDeal").

   • Discount Formula: Select the formula type for the discount. Options include:

     • Rate: Applies a percentage-based discount (e.g., -10.00%).

     • Fixed: Applies a fixed amount as a discount (e.g., -$10.00).

   • Always Used: Indicates if the discount is always applied. You can add conditions to control when the discount is used.

Fee Settings

1. Fee Configuration:

   • Fee Name: Enter the name of the fee (e.g., "Conversion Fee").

   • Fee Formula: Select the formula type for the fee. Options include:

     • Fixed: Applies a fixed amount as a fee (e.g., $4.00).

     • Rate: Applies a percentage-based fee (e.g., +4.00%).

   • Always Used: Indicates if the fee is always applied. You can add conditions to control when the fee is used.

Click on save changes!

Accessing Conditions Settings

1. Navigate to Settings in the left-hand sidebar.

2. Click on Pricing in the dropdown menu.

Conditions Overview

The Conditions settings allow users to define specific criteria under which discounts or fees will be applied.

Adding a New Condition

1. Add Condition Button: Click on the Add Condition button located within the discount or fee section.

2. Condition Name: Enter a descriptive name for the condition.

3. Field: Select the field that will be evaluated from the dropdown menu.

4. Operator: Choose the appropriate operator (e.g., is, is not) for the condition.

Dropdown List of Condition Criteria

When adding a new condition, the following criteria fields can be selected from the dropdown list:

1. Booking Date: The date when the booking is made.

2. Booking Time: The time when the booking is made.

3. Weekdays: Specific days of the week (e.g., Monday, Tuesday).

4. Services: Specific services being booked.

5. Agents: Specific agents handling the booking.

6. Customers: Specific customer profiles or types.

Click on save changes!

Notes

• Multiple conditions can be added to a single pricing.

• Conditions are evaluated based on the logical AND operator, meaning all conditions must be met for the pricing to apply.
