Email Queue

The Emails Queue section allows you to monitor and manage all scheduled and sent review-related emails. Each entry shows the email type, delivery status, recipient, and available actions.

Below is a breakdown of each numbered component:

(1). Email type: Reminder/Reward

(2). Status: Cancelled, Pending, Sent

(3). Customer email: Shows the recipient's email address. This is the customer who will receive (or has received) the email.

(4). Delivery time: Displays the scheduled date and time the email is set to be sent or the exact time it was already delivered.

Examples:

  • 2025-08-07 15:21:10 – Already sent.

  • Send in 3 seconds – About to be sent shortly.

(5). View: Click this icon to see full information.

(6). Send/Re-send: Click this icon to send the email immediately, bypassing the scheduled time. Use this when you want to manually trigger the email instead of waiting or re-send in case the email has been sent and you want to resend it.

(7). Dismiss: Click this icon to cancel the scheduled email. It will not be sent to the customer. Note: This button is only available for emails that have not yet been sent (pending status).
