How It Works

Once YayReviews is installed successfully, navigate to YayCommerce > YayReviews.

When you first install and access YayReviews, a setup wizard will appear to guide you through the initial configuration. This wizard allows you to choose your preferred review type and set up the “Request for a review” feature, including how many days after an order is completed the review request should be sent.

After finishing the wizard, you will see the YayReviews Dashboard screen displayed.

(1). Dashboard: Displays all available add-ons and allows you to easily enable or disable each one as needed.

(2). Review: Allows you to customize both Review Settings and WooCommerce Settings to control how customer reviews are collected and displayed on your store.

(3). Reminder: Allows you to configure when the review reminder should be sent and specify which products should trigger reminders.

(4). Reward: Allows you to create and manage reward campaigns that encourage customers to leave reviews by offering incentives such as discount coupons.

(5). Emails: Allows you to edit and customize the email templates before they are sent to customers, ensuring the content aligns with your brand’s tone and messaging.

(6). Email Queue: Displays the list of scheduled emails, including their current status. This section helps you monitor the delivery flow and troubleshoot any email-related issues if needed.
