Reward

The Review Rewards feature allows you to offer incentives (coupons) to customers after they submit product reviews. This is a powerful tool to increase engagement and encourage more feedback on your store.
(1). Add reward set: Click this button to create a new reward set. You can create multiple reward sets with different conditions.
(2). Enable/Disable reward set: Toggle this switch to activate or deactivate the reward rule.
(3). Duplicate reward set: Creates a copy of the existing reward rule for easy editing.
(4). Delete reward set: Removes the current reward set.
(5). Coupon type: Choose how coupons are generated:
Creates a unique one-time coupon for each review: Automatically generates a unique discount code for each review.
Manual coupon: Allows you to select a pre-created coupon or manually create a new one.
Click "Select coupon to be sent" to choose from existing coupons.
Or click "create new coupon" to open the coupon creation panel

(6). Who can receive the reward: Select which group of users is eligible to receive rewards

All reviewers (include guest users): Rewards will be sent to anyone who submits a review, whether they have an account or not.
Purchased customer only: Only logged-in users who have registered an account and previously made a purchase will be eligible to receive the rewards
Guest users only: Only users who submit a review without logging in or creating an account will be rewarded.
(7). Frequency: Set how often a reviewer should receive a reward

Every review: A reward will be sent for each review the user submits.
Every 2 reviews: A reward will be sent after every 2 reviews from the same user.
Every 3 reviews: A reward will be sent after every 3 reviews from the same user.
💡 Use this setting to prevent abuse and encourage consistent engagement.
(8). Rating: Set the minimum rating required to trigger the reward

Any rating: The reward will be granted for any star rating, from 1 to 5.
5 stars only: The reward will be granted only for perfect 5-star reviews.
🔎 Tip: Use this setting to align your reward strategy with the kind of feedback you want to encourage.
(9). Media: Set the media requirement for the review to be eligible for a reward

No requirement: The reviewer can receive a reward regardless of whether they include media (images or videos) in their review.
Image and/or video required: A reward will be given only if the review contains at least one image or video.
📌 Note: Requiring media can help you collect more visual content from customers, which may boost product trust and conversions.
