Reminder

The Review Reminder feature helps automate follow-up emails to customers, encouraging them to leave product reviews after completing a purchase.
⏰ When should the reminder be sent?
This section allows you to define the time delay before a reminder email is sent to the customer:
Send a reminder email to customers: Set the number of minutes/hours/days after the order is marked as "Completed".
🛒 What products should be reminded?
Here, you can set quantity and filter which products to include in the reminder emails:
Product filter: Choose which types of products will be included in the review request. Available options:
All products – Default option, sends reminders for all items in the order.
Normal products – Number of products you want to display in the email.
Featured products – Products marked as “featured” in WooCommerce.
On-sale products – Items that were on sale at the time of purchase.
Newest products – Recently added products.
High-rated products – Products with high average ratings.
Low-rated products – Products with low average ratings.
Best selling products – Products with the highest number of sales.
This lets you customize your email strategy, e.g. targeting only new or low-rated products to boost feedback.
✏️ Customize Email Template
Click the “Change email template” link to adjust the content and design of the reminder email. This allows you to personalize your message and tone to match your brand.
✅ Save Settings
After configuring your reminder options, make sure to click the Save button (top-right corner) to apply your changes.
