Customer Reviews from My Account

Customers can submit product reviews directly from their account after completing a purchase.

How It Works

After a customer completes checkout and the order status is marked as Completed, they can leave reviews for purchased products by navigating to:

My Account → Orders

Review Availability

  • If a product has not been reviewed yet:

    • Pro version: A “Review” button will be displayed next to the product, allowing customers to submit a review directly.

    • Free version: A “Review” link will be shown, which redirects customers to the product’s review section.

  • If a product has already been reviewed:

    • The “Review” button/link will no longer be displayed.
