Next Order Coupon

Automatically generates a discount coupon after each purchase to encourage repeat orders.

1. Coupon Settings

Configure the discount type and coupon details.

• Discount type

  • Percentage off: Apply a percentage discount (e.g., 10%).

  • Fixed amount off: Apply a fixed discount value.

  • Free shipping: Offer free shipping on the next order.

• Coupon prefix: Define a prefix for automatically generated coupon codes. A preview of the generated format is displayed below.

• Expires after: Set how many days after purchase the coupon will expire.

2. Generate Condition

Define when the coupon should be created.

• Only generate coupon when: Set a minimum order total required to generate the coupon.

• Who will get the coupon

  • All customers

  • First-time customers only

  • Returning customers only

3. Usage Restriction

Configure restrictions for using the generated coupon.

• Minimum next order spend to use coupon: Set the minimum order value required to apply the coupon.

• Exclude sale items: Prevent the coupon from being applied to discounted products.

4. Display Location

Choose where the coupon information will appear.

• Thank you page

• Order confirmation email

• My Account → Orders

You can enable one or multiple locations.

5. Thank You Page Display

Customize the content shown on the Thank You page.

• Headline: Main title displayed above the coupon.

• Message: Customize the message shown to customers.

  Available placeholders:

  • {coupon_code}

  • {discount}

  • {expiry}

6. Email Content

Customize the coupon content displayed in the order confirmation email.

• Section text: Define the message included in the email.

  Available placeholders:

  • {coupon_code}

  • {discount}

  • {expiry}

Live Preview

Displays a real-time preview of how the coupon will appear on the Thank You page and in email format.

Save Changes

Click Save Changes to apply and activate the Next Order Coupon settings.
