The Live Visitor Count feature displays the number of visitors currently viewing a product. This helps create social proof and encourages customers to make faster purchase decisions.
This screen allows you to configure how visitor counts are tracked, displayed, and styled.
1. Tracking Mode
Choose how visitor counts are calculated and displayed.
Track the actual number of visitors currently viewing the product.
Active Window (minutes): Count visitors active within this time period.
Minimum Count to Display: Hide the counter if the visitor number is below this value (set 0 to always show).
Display randomized visitor counts instead of real data.
Minimum Count: The lowest number that can be shown.
Maximum Count: The highest number that can be shown.
The system will automatically generate a random number between the minimum and maximum values.
2. Display Settings
Configure how the visitor count message appears.
Customize the message shown to customers.
Use the placeholder:
{count} – Displays the current number of visitors.
Position on Product Page
Choose where the visitor count will appear on the product page.
3. Style Settings
Customize the visual appearance of the visitor count.
Text only: Display plain text.
Badge style: Display the count inside a badge.
Bubble style: Display the count inside a highlighted bubble.
Select the text color for the visitor count display.
4. Product Targeting
Choose where the visitor count will be displayed.
Select the products or categories where the visitor count should appear (e.g., All Products).
The Live Preview section on the right shows how the visitor count will appear on your store.
This allows you to review text and styling changes before saving.
Click Save Changes to apply your configuration.
