Settings

The Settings section allows you to configure how the wholesale system works, including pricing display, registration behavior, custom registration fields, and email notifications.
1. General
This section allows you to configure basic settings for wholesale users.
Default role for new user: Select the default wholesale role that will be assigned to newly approved wholesale users.
Show Wholesale Price to non-wholesale users: Enable this option if you want wholesale prices to be visible to all users, including retail customers.
Disable coupon: Hide the coupon field at checkout for wholesale users.
Disable tax: Enable this option if you do not want to charge tax for wholesale users.
After making any changes, click Save Changes to apply the settings.
2. Display

This section controls how wholesale prices appear on the storefront.
Display price format: Choose how prices are displayed on product pages: Show both retail and wholesale prices together, Show only wholesale prices, Show only retail prices.
Wholesale price label: Customize the label used to indicate the wholesale price (e.g., Wholesale price).
Wholesale price color: Select the color used to highlight the wholesale price on the product page.
These settings help store owners clearly distinguish wholesale pricing from regular pricing.
3. Registration

This section controls how customers register for a wholesale account.
Moderate new registrations: When enabled, new wholesale registrations will require administrator approval before the account becomes active.
Successful registration message: Customize the message displayed to users after they successfully submit a wholesale registration request.
Submit button label: Change the label of the registration form submit button.
4. Registration Fields

This section allows you to customize the fields displayed in the wholesale registration form.
You can configure the following for each field:
Label: The name of the field displayed to users.
Type: Select the field type (e.g., Text, Email, Textarea).
Placeholder: The placeholder text shown inside the input field.
Column Width: Control the layout of the field (50% or 100% width).
You can also:
Drag and drop fields to reorder them.
Click Add New Field to create additional fields for the registration form.
Hide/Delete the newly created fields.
This feature allows you to collect more information from potential wholesalers.
5. Emails

This section lets you manage email notifications related to wholesale activities.
You can enable or disable each email notification and configure its settings.
Available email notifications include:
New wholesale order is placed: Sent to the store admin when a new wholesale order is created.
New wholesale account register: Sent to the admin when a customer submits a wholesale registration request.
Wholesale account is approved: Sent to the customer when their wholesale account is approved.
Wholesale account is rejected: Sent to the customer when their wholesale registration request is rejected.
Wholesale account is pending: Sent to the customer to notify them that their registration is currently under review.
Click Manage to customize each email's content and recipient settings.
