Roles

The Roles tab allows you to create and manage wholesale roles in your store. Each role can have different pricing rules and purchasing conditions, helping you offer flexible wholesale pricing for different groups of customers.

Roles List

This section displays all available wholesale roles along with their configurations.

The table includes the following information:

• Name: The name of the wholesale role.

• Description: A short description explaining the purpose of the role.

• Count: The number of wholesalers currently assigned to this role.

• Discount: The discount percentage applied to products for this role.

• MOQ: Minimum Order Quantity required for wholesale purchases.

• MOA: Minimum Order Amount required for wholesale purchases.

• Status: Enable or disable the role using the toggle button.

• Action: Edit role or Delete role.

Add New Role

Click the Add New Role button to create a new wholesale role. After creating a role, you can configure its pricing rules and assign it to wholesalers.

Apply wholesale discounts to sale prices: Enable this option if you want the wholesale discount to also apply to products that already have a sale price.

• If there are more than 10 roles, the admin can search for roles by name.

• For default roles, the admin cannot use checkboxes, make them inactive, or delete them; they always remain at the top of the list.

• Admin can activate/inactivate multiple roles at once.
