The Dashboard provides a complete overview of your store’s review performance and customer engagement at a glance. It helps you quickly understand how your reviews are performing and take action when needed.
Time Filter

Use the time range selecto to filter review data and statistics for a specific period.
Key Metrics

The dashboard displays important review metrics, including:
Total Reviews: The total number of reviews collected, with a breakdown of approved, pending, spam, and trashed reviews.
Average Rating: The overall average rating across all reviews, along with the percentage of positive feedback.
Pending Emails: The number of scheduled review request emails, including delivery, open, and click rates.
This Month: The total number of reviews received in the current month, showing growth trends.
Rating Distribution

This section shows a breakdown of reviews by star rating (1–5 stars), helping you quickly understand overall customer sentiment.
Recent Reviews

Displays the most recent customer reviews, including reviewer name, rating, review content, product name, and submission time.
Products Performance

Lists products based on their review performance. You can filter products by recently reviewed, top rated, or low rated to quickly identify high-performing and underperforming products.
