### Preview Mode

Preview Mode allows you to view your email structure, content, and assets in the email logs without actually sending emails through your SMTP service. This is useful for checking how your emails will look before sending them to real recipients.

**📌 Preview Mode Limitations:**

* Emails are **not actually sent** via SMTP
* Status will always show as "Success" since no real delivery occurs
* This mode does **not test** your SMTP configuration or validate deliverability
* Recipients will not receive any emails generated in Preview Mode

⚠️ **When NOT to Use Preview Mode:**

* Testing SMTP connection and authentication
* Verifying email deliverability
* Checking spam scores or inbox placement
* Validating recipient email addresses

### **Email Notifications**

Select the checkbox next to **Receive SMTP email delivery summary via email** will expand two options within Weekly report and Monthly report. So this setting helps you get all the email delivery in a summary on period time. <br>

### **Fallback mailer**

This setting configures a secondary email service provider to send WordPress emails automatically once the first mailer has failed for the first time. \
\
This expands the fallback PHPMailer settings after checking the checkbox. You might set it up to use this functionality.&#x20;
