The Email Reporting screen provides an overview of email delivery performance in YaySMTP. It allows administrators to monitor email activity, track the number of successful and failed deliveries, review open and click counts, and identify potential issues in the delivery process.

To access Email Reports, go to the **SMTP Stats** section on the Dashboard and click **View Details**. You can also access it via **YayCommerce → YaySMTP → Reports.**

### 1. Filtering Email Reports

To filter your emails by date, click on the dropdown located at the top-right of the table. Here you can choose to view a report for emails sent within the **Last 7 days**, **Last 14 days**, **Last 30 days**, or you can select a **Custom Date Range**.

### 3. Email Statistics Table

The **Email Statistics Table** provides detailed reporting for each email subject sent through YaySMTP.

Each row represents a unique email subject and displays its associated delivery and engagement statistics.

You can sort the data by any column by clicking the up/down arrow icon next to the column heading.

Once you’ve clicked on the eye icon, you’ll see a graph for a single email subject, instead of an overview of all emails.
