# Badges

The **Badges** feature allows you to highlight and categorize reviews using customizable labels. These badges help customers quickly identify valuable feedback such as top-rated reviews, detailed reviews, or reviews with media.

#### Badges List

This section displays all created badges along with key information such as:

* **Priority**: Determines display order (higher priority shows first)
* **Assignment type**: Manual or Auto
* **Conditions (if any)**
* **Number of reviews matched**

You can:

* Enable/disable badges
* Edit badge settings
* View matched reviews: Click the eye icon to see a list of reviews that meet the badge conditions (test results)
* Delete badge: You can delete badges you add yourself, but you cannot delete default badges.

#### Create Badge

When creating a new badge, there are two main tabs:

**1. General**

Configure the visual appearance of the badge:

* **Badge Name**: The label displayed on reviews
* **Icon**: Choose an icon for quick recognition
* **Color**: Customize badge color
* **Preview**: See how the badge will look
* **Priority**: Set display order (1–100)

**2. Auto Rules**

Define conditions to automatically assign badges to matching reviews.

* **Auto-assign**: Define conditions to automatically assign badges to matching reviews.
  * Enable to automatically apply this badge to reviews that meet the conditions.
  * If disabled, this badge will only be assigned manually by admins.
* **Quick Presets**: Use pre-defined rules such as:
  * Photo Review (has media)
  * Detailed Review (200+ words)
  * Top Rated (5 stars + detailed)
  * KOL Review
  * Fresh Review (recent reviews)
* **Match Type**:
  * **All conditions (AND)**: Must meet all conditions
  * **Any condition (OR)**: Only one condition is required

### KOL Registry

The **KOL Registry** allows you to manage a list of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and automatically assign a KOL badge to their reviews. This helps highlight influencer reviews and increase trust and credibility for your store.

#### Overview

The KOL Registry dashboard provides a quick view of all registered influencers and their status.

**Total KOLs:** Display the total number of registered KOLs in the system.

**Active KOLs:** Show the number of KOLs currently enabled. Only active KOLs will have their reviews marked with the KOL badge.

**Search Bar:** Search KOLs by email or display name.

#### KOL List

Each KOL entry includes the following information:

* **Display Name**: The name shown in the system.
* **Email**: Used to identify and match reviews. Reviews submitted with this email will be marked as KOL reviews.
* **Platform**: Social platform of the KOL.
* **Follower Count**: Number of followers (for reference).
* **Status Toggle**: Enable or disable the KOL.
* **Actions**:
  * Edit: Update KOL information
  * Delete: Remove the KOL from the registry

#### Add KOL

Click **Add KOL** to register a new influencer.

**Email:** Enter the KOL’s email address. Reviews submitted using this email will automatically receive the KOL badge.

**Display Name:** Name used to identify the KOL in the system.

**Platform**

Select the social platform of the KOL:

* Instagram
* YouTube
* TikTok
* Twitter/X
* Facebook
* LinkedIn
* Other

**Handle:** Enter the KOL’s username or profile handle.

**Follower Count:** Input the number of followers for reference.

**Notes:** Add internal notes about the KOL (not displayed publicly).

**Add KOL:** Save and add the KOL to the registry.

**Cancel:** Discard changes and close the form.
