# Unable to activate license key or save plugin settings

#### The possible cause:

If the site has a plugin like **JWT Auth** activated, it might be preventing YayCommerce plugin's update requests.

[Download this plugin](https://drive.google.com/open?id=1YD92hPTrLwN_ek1FFFSJjvXPb3CoYOJN\&usp=drive_fs), install and activate it on your site to whitelist YayCommerce requests.
