Status

We use Easy Digital Downloads (EDD) to manage subscriptions and licenses on our website.

Here are the subscription statuses explained and what you should do:

🟑 Pending

The subscription was created, but your payment hasn’t been completed yet.

πŸ‘‰ We're waiting for the first successful payment. Please check your bank or card to see if the transaction was successful.

🟒 Active

Everything is working.

πŸ‘‰ Payments are successful and the subscription is running normally.

πŸ”΄ Failing

A renewal payment was attempted but failed.

πŸ‘‰ Depending on the payment gateway, the system might retry. If payment succeeds later, it goes back to Active. Please check your card and your bank to make sure it didn't hit any restriction.

🟣 Trialing

The order is in a free trial period.

πŸ‘‰ No payment has been taken yet. No action is required.

⚫ Cancelled

The subscription was cancelled before its natural end date.

πŸ‘‰ No future renewals will happen.

🟀 Expired

The subscription reached its end date and was not renewed.

πŸ‘‰ It ended normally.

πŸ”΅ Completed

The subscription finished all scheduled payments.

πŸ‘‰ Used for fixed-term subscriptions (e.g., 12-month plan that ends automatically)

🟠 Needs Attention

There’s an issue that requires admin review.

πŸ‘‰ Often related to sync problems, gateway issues, or manual intervention needed. If you raise a dispute or have an unwanted update in your account or payment method, please contact us.
