# Sale Badge

The **Sale Badge** settings in the WooCommerce Settings section of Brandy theme allow you to customize the appearance of the sale indicator that appears on products that are on sale.

Here are the customization options provided:

* **Text Color**: Choose the color for the text inside the sale badge.
* **Background Color**: Set the background color for the sale badge to make it more visible or match your theme.
* **Text Size**: Adjust the size of the sale badge text, with options to use either pixels (PX) or rems (REM) for responsive scaling.
* **Border Color**: Set a custom color for the border of the sale badge.
* **Border Width**: Control the thickness of the border around the badge.
* **Border Radius**: Add rounded corners to the badge by adjusting the border radius. This can be set in pixels (PX) or percentage (%), allowing flexibility in the design.
* **Padding**: Fine-tune the space between the text and the edges of the sale badge by adjusting the padding individually for the top, right, bottom, and left sides.

These settings allow you to ensure the sale badge stands out and aligns with the design of your website while giving it a polished and customized look.

**Publish:** Make sure to click "Publish" after making changes to save and apply the updated settings.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.yaycommerce.com/brandy-theme/features/woocommerce/sale-badge.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
